Music Pandit Announces Open Auditions for Show Choir

Are you an aspiring singer with a passion for music and a desire to sing in a group? The Music Pandit Show Choir is excited to announce open auditions for children who want to be part of our exciting musical journey!

Audition Criteria

Age Group: Children aged 9 to 16 years are welcome to audition.

Musical Enthusiasm: We’re seeking young talents with a genuine passion for singing and performing.

Vocal Ability: While prior singing experience is not mandatory, it is preferred. A pleasant singing voice and the ability to hold a tune are essential. 

Team Player: Show choir is all about teamwork, so we’re looking for individuals who can collaborate harmoniously with fellow choir members.

Commitment: Dedication and willingness to attend regular rehearsals and performances are key.

Audition Details

Date: Audition videos to be Sent by 31st October 2023.

Results: 6th Nov 2023.

Prepare a short vocal piece/song to showcase your talent. You can choose a song of your choice or a section of a well-known song. The auditions are happening online and will include a brief vocal assessment by our choir director.

We accept singers who are able to:

– Sing acapella (without instruments or accompaniment)

– Blend with other voices

– Harmonise

– Sing arrangements for multiple vocal parts

We are interested in potential, as well as trained voices, and in some cases can offer coaching for those less experienced singers. If you love to sing, and believe you are a good fit then we would love for you to audition with us.
